Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

<Customer-initiated returns>

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds for customer convenience are not provided. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but no prorated refund is given. Access continues until the next renewal date.

<Service defects attributable to us>

If the service becomes unavailable for an extended period due to causes attributable to us, we will provide a refund, billing reduction, or service extension. Please contact us at contact@curie.tokyo.
